EDUCATORS
Personalized coaching and focused sessions for educators who want to build real structured literacy skills, on their schedule, at their pace.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Most PD days give you information. What changes classroom practice is support that's specific to your students, your curriculum, and your questions. Whether you're just starting to learn about structured literacy or looking to sharpen what you're already doing, we work with you directly.
1:1 COACHING
Coaching sessions focused on your specific classroom context. We work through structured literacy strategies, data interpretation, and in-class application together. Submit lesson plans or session recordings between meetings for targeted written feedback.
Coaching is paced to fit your schedule and adjusted as your practice develops. Available 1:1 or in small cohorts.
Reach out and we'll find a coaching approach that fits your schedule.
FOCUSED SESSIONS
Each session is delivered virtually, 1:1 or in a small cohort, as a standalone day or as part of an ongoing engagement. Sessions are practical and focused, and give you something you can use right away.
A focused session on how to administer and score common literacy diagnostics and how to interpret what the results mean for your students. Covers what to look for, how to document findings, and how to use diagnostic data to inform both whole-class instruction and small-group planning.
Bring your own data if you have it. We work through it together.
A practical session for educators who are implementing a structured phonics approach and want to do it with confidence. Covers how to assess where your students are, how to plan and pace lessons, how to respond to students who aren't progressing, and how to maintain fidelity within the realities of a full classroom. Supports educators working with programmes such as UFLI Foundations, Wilson Reading System, and SPIRE.
Available as a standalone full-day session or as an ongoing consulting engagement if you want continued support as you implement.
A practical session on using your classroom data to form small groups, plan targeted instruction, and manage small-group time within a Tier 1 classroom. Covers grouping decisions, lesson planning for small groups, progress monitoring, and how to adjust supports as students grow.
We walk through your actual class data and build a small-group plan you can implement immediately.
A two-part session introducing syntax and morphology instruction for classroom teachers. Part one covers the foundations: what syntax and morphology are, why they matter for reading and writing, and what the research says. Part two focuses on implementation: how to introduce these concepts explicitly, what instruction looks like across grade levels, and how to embed practice into your existing routine.
Available as a combined full-day session or as two separate focused sessions.
